Challenge
The central problem facing iMobile was that its advertising spend was out of proportion to the results it produced. Campaigns were aimed at an overly broad audience, and this approach burned through the budget quickly while keeping the cost of each conversation at around $2. The targeting was not precise enough, and the creatives were failing to reach the right audience segments. As a result, the company spent a great deal of money but received weak and expensive inquiries in return. To turn things around, the campaigns needed to be rebuilt from the ground up.
